Very easy to order on-line and the person I spoke to via phone prior to placing the order reassured me of the cautions your staff is taking during this pandemic. The flowers were delivered to my mom, who is in a care facility which is currently locked down due to the Covid-19. Your precautions were greatly appreciated and in speaking to my mom by phone she said they were beautiful. I was most pleasantly surprised and appreciated receiving a snapshot photo of the flowers prior to the delivery! Awesome customer service!
