The online ordering process was amazing! I ordered same day delivery, selected the arrangement I wanted and received updated communication throughout the entire process. This was my first time ordering flowers from Lakeview Floral. The website was user friendly, the purchase process was simple, and the prices are reasonable. I really liked how they sent an email showing me the final product. Delivery was quick and they were pleasant to do business with. I am only leaving off one star because the flowers weren’t as fresh as the website advertised. Some of the flowers look wilted in person. However, I would still recommend this florist shop and can see myself ordering more in the future. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Jacqueline, Thank you for placing your order with us! The product in your arrangement is actually fresher than the photograph on the website, when the alstroemeria and stock open they will appear to be more vertical like the photo. However, we send the flowers when they are very fresh and let the recipient enjoy them opening to ensure the longest life possible. If you have any issues with them please feel free to contact us via phone as soon as possible and we will be happy to swap out the arrangement with a new one.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Very quick and easy to order and delivered in a timely matter.
