The bouquet was beautiful—it matched as advertised on the website. The delivery went well—they called me to confirm if they could deliver when they could not reach the recipient on the phone. It gave me a chance to confirm that there was someone home.

I was very pleased with my sympathy flowers I ordered online. I was very happy with how beautiful they turned out. They looked exactly like the picture shown when buying them. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email showing me the actual flower arrangement that was sent to the funeral home. I appreciate the email confirmation as well when they were delivered. There were plenty of arrangements to choose from. Same day delivery option is fantastic. I placed my order around 11am and it was delivered before 4pm. There was a good amount of space for writing on the included card
