I bought these for my stepmom who just got out of the hospital. I only saw the picture of the arrangement as I live in Minnesota. I did get a call from her daughter and she indicated that the flowers were beautiful. I have ordered from Lakeview before and the flowers have always been beautiful.

The flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday were gorgeous and she loved them. I appreciated being sent a photo before delivery and information about the delivery. Lakeview Floral and Gifts is very professional and I highly recommend this floral business.

Previously, each order included an envelope with plant preservative!!! I placed 2 orders in less than 1 month which I really liked but not including the preservative envelope!!! ---- Florist's Response: Hi Darwin, Thank you for letting us know we didn't include a complimentary flower food packet. We try our best to include those in each order. You are always welcome to ask for one when you pick your order up and notice there isn't one included. We are more than happy to deliver some to you.

The arrangement arrived to a delighted sister on her birthday. She was impressed with the flowers. The delivery call in advance made her prepared and anticipate the unexpected surprise gift.

Many things to like: 1.The variety of choices well displayed in the sale list made it easy to decide what I knew my sister would love, which she does! 2.Sending me a foto of the actual bouquet which matched the one listed. I even liked the gingham ribbon better than one in list foto. 3. Reasonable delivery charge even to a rural address. 4. Promptness of delivery since I didn't order until late the day before.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
