We are so glad your mom loved the flowers! It is our policy when the recipient requests pick-up, to add the delivery fee in flowers. We also include that in the notes of your emailed delivery confirmation from our point of sale. While tips are never necessary and always greatly appreciated, tips are split between the entire staff, not just the delivery driver. Lakeview Floral made a birthday arrangement and balloons for my daughter's birthday. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. They were very helpful in placing my order and appreciated the picture they emailed before delivering to make sure it met my needs. And the follow-up email stating that it was delivered. All in all I would highly recommend this florist.
